SHIPPING CONDITIONS

Delivery to all countries nationally and internationally (EU).

Shipping cost

Deliveries within Germany:
For deliveries within Germany shipping is charged at a flat rate of EUR 5.99.

Deliveries within the European:
For deliveries within the European Union, shipping is charged at a flat rate from EUR 13.99.

Deliveries worldwide:
For deliveries within worldwide and non EU states, shipping is charged at a flat rate from EUR 18.99. For deliveries in non-EU countries, customs duties are still due in the respective country. Please contact your customs authorities to find out how much they are.

Delivery terms

As far as no other time limit is indicated in the article description, the delivery of goods in Germany will take place within 5 – 9 working days, in case of deliveries to the EU and third countries within 6 – 30 days after order confirmation (where advance payment is agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays there is no order processing or deliveries.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one collective shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

For deliveries abroad you have the following payment options:
Paypal and credit card.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged after the purchase.

The delivery will be made to the address given. If this address is incorrect and a delivery cannot be made, the customer shall bear all additional costs of the return and also the costs of re-delivery.

The customer must ensure that the delivery can be handed over or picked up at the post office.
