Delivery terms
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you have taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. Please send your notice of cancellation to the following address: PK Handelswaren GmbH, Josef-Orlopp-Str. 56, 10365 BERLIN – GERMANY or by e-mail to: merchandising [at] paulkalkbrenner.net.
In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send notice of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.
Consequences cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notice of cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day you inform us of the cancellation of this contract at the following address: PK Handelswaren GmbH, Josef-Orlopp-Str. 56, 10365 BERLIN / GERMANY. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods other than that necessary for inspecting their condition, properties and functionality.
