Ordering & Payment
- Payment methods: Germany: PayPal, credit card. EU / International: PayPal, credit card.
- Contract conclusion: The purchase contract is only concluded once we confirm your order or dispatch the goods.
- Order confirmation: You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.
Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery areas: Germany, EU, worldwide.
- Shipping costs: Germany €5.99, EU from €13.99, International from €18.99 (customs/import duties may apply).
- Delivery time: Germany 5–9 business days, EU/International 6–30 days.
- Order tracking: After shipping, you will receive an email with a DHL tracking number.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation
- Right of withdrawal: 14 days after receipt, without giving any reason.
- Returns / Exchanges: New, unworn items can be returned or exchanged. Return shipping is at your own expense.

- Restrictions: Worn or washed clothing cannot be exchanged.
- Incorrect / damaged items: Please send an email to shop {@} pk-merch.de with your name, order number, and a photo of the item.
