Delivery

We ship to all countries, both domestically and internationally.

Shipping Costs

  • Within Germany: Flat rate €5.99
  • Within the European Union: Shipping from €13.99
  • Worldwide (non-EU countries): Shipping from €18.99

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, domestic deliveries within Germany are shipped within 2-4 business days, and international deliveries within the EU and non-EU countries within 4-6 days after order confirmation (or after receipt of prepayment, if applicable).

Please note that orders are not processed or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

If the items within your order has different delivery times, we will ship them together in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed.

In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

    • International: PayPal or credit card.
    For credit card payments, your card will be charged at the time of purchase.

    Delivery Address and Responsibilities

    Delivery is made to the address provided, if the address is incorrect and delivery cannot be completed, the customer bears all additional costs for return and reshipment. Customers must ensure that the delivery can be received or collected from the post office. Please double-check your information carefully. You will receive a tracking number by email upon shipment. You can track your shipment anytime on the DHL or postal service website. Once the shipment is handed over or collected at the post office, it is considered delivered from our side.
